Tresia Rouse

Tresia Rouse is a Senior Lecturer at the Carolyn McKelvey Moore School of Nursing, University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, where she has taught clinical and didactic courses to undergraduate nursing students since 2020. With over 15 years of healthcare experience, she began her career as a certified nursing assistant before earning her Associate Degree in Nursing (2012), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2014), and Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on education (2020).

Tresia is actively involved in professional organizations including the American Holistic Nurses Association, Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, and the National League for Nursing.

As an educator, she integrates her clinical expertise into curriculum design and student mentorship, aiming to shape future nursing professionals while addressing critical gaps in thyroid cancer awareness and patient support systems.
