Dr. Paula Julian serves as Associate Dean for the College of Health, Education, and Human Sciences and Executive Director of the Carolyn McKelvey Moore School of Nursing at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. With over two decades of experience in nursing education, her research focuses on cultural competence among nurse educators and healthcare challenges affecting veterans and pediatric populations.
