Travis Hay, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Indigenous Studies Program within the Department of Humanities at Mount Royal University. Specializing in the history of settler colonialism and federal Indian policy, he contributes to academic discourse at the intersection of colonialism, public health, and policy.
