Tran Bao Locke

Tran Bao Locke is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Clinical at Baylor College of Medicine. She completed her MD at McGovern Medical School (Houston) and residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center, followed by a clinical fellowship in rhinology and anterior skull base surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.

Research Interests:

• Revision sinus surgery
• Benign/malignant sinonasal tumors
• Cerebrospinal fluid leak repair
• Allergy and olfactory disorders
• Chronic rhinosinusitis
• Aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease

Scientific Contributions: Her work focuses on aspirin desensitization protocols, endoscopic sinus surgery outcomes, and novel therapies for sinonasal conditions, including CFTR modulators for cystic fibrosis patients.
