Tracy McNelly

Dr. Tracy McNelly is an Associate Professor in the Education Department at Saint Vincent College, specializing in media literacy, PK-12 literacy, and technology integration. With prior experience as a secondary English teacher, reading specialist, and school administrator—including roles as assistant principal and Director of Secondary Education—she bridges K-12 practice with higher education pedagogy. Her research focuses on digital media's impact on literacy, teacher training, and intergenerational learning.
