Tracy Fahey is a Lecturer in the Department of Fine Art and Education at the Limerick School of Art and Design. Her research focuses on Gothic studies, contemporary art practices, and Irish cultural narratives, particularly exploring themes of domesticity, suburban anxiety, and participatory design. She contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals through her work on cultural engagement and mortality discourse.
Her research interests include Gothic traditions in media and art, contemporary Irish art's exploration of suburban spaces, and the intersection of art practice with social issues. Notable works analyze The League of Gentlemen TV series, Aideen Barry’s film Possession, and the Death Café movement.
