Tracie Woidtke is the Department Head and David E. Sharp-Home Federal Bank of Tennessee Professor in the Department of Finance at the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business. Her expertise spans corporate governance, corporate finance, and shareholder activism. She has held academic positions since 1997, previously at Texas A&M University.
