Tracey Rizzuto

Tracey Rizzuto is a Professor and the Mary Ethel Baxter Lipscomb Memorial Endowed Professor in the School of Leadership & Human Resource Development at Louisiana State University (LSU). She served as Interim Director from 2021-2024 and focuses on technological tools to enhance workplace efficiency, leadership networks, and organizational transitions.

Her research emphasizes technology-driven organizational performance optimization, including workflow management platforms, decision-making frameworks, and workforce adaptation to systemic changes. She investigates employee well-being and crisis management strategies in modern workplaces.

Dr. Rizzuto has secured over $20M in state/federal grants and contributed to initiatives such as the Katrina Aid and Relief Effort (KARE), Baton Rouge Choice Initiative, and smart law enforcement programs (BRAVE, CSU). Her work has been featured in The New York Times, NPR's Marketplace, and Inside Higher Ed.
