Tracey PIRALI is a Full Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale 'Amedeo Avogadro'. Her research focuses on medicinal chemistry, cancer immunotherapy, and drug discovery, with emphasis on IDO1 inhibitors and multicomponent reactions. She leads projects funded by AIRC, European Commission, and MIUR, including studies on nanoparticle-based therapies and immunological targets.
Key projects include leveraging chemical modalities to reprogram IDO1 half-life in cancer immunotherapy (AIRC 2024-2029), development of IDO1 inhibitors for pancreatic and brain cancers (MIUR 2019-2023), and European Masters programs in skin health (EMOTION 2018-2024).
