Tracey Gurton is a Full-time Lecturer in the Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources Division at the UBC Sauder School of Business since 2002. She teaches in MBA, BCOM programs, and the Executive Education Division, focusing on Organizational Culture, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and related topics. Her work emphasizes bridging theory with practical business applications.
Research & Teaching: Specializes in organizational culture, change management, decision-making, and trust dynamics in teams. Co-developed the acclaimed 'Values, Ethics and Community' course. Engages in professional development consulting for corporations and public organizations.
