Prof. Toshishige Yamada, Ph.D. (EE), is a faculty member at Santa Clara University (SCU) and has held affiliations with UC Santa Cruz, NASA Ames Research Center, Stanford University, Arizona State University, and NEC Microelectronics Labs. He teaches courses in semiconductor devices, electromagnetism, nanoelectronics, and thermodynamics.
