Torrance P. Fennell is an Adjunct Lecturer at Howard University's Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science within the College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA). He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Howard University (1996), an M.S. in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland University College (2001), and a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Capella University (2016). His expertise spans Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IoT, and Engineering, with a focus on STEM Education.
