Dr. Torgeir Aleti is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics Finance & Marketing at RMIT University, Melbourne. His research focuses on social and relational aspects of consumption choices, particularly in aging populations, digital inclusion, and social marketing. He actively supervises research projects addressing technology adoption in later life, gendered marketing, and sustainable consumption.
Teaching interests include Digital Marketing (MTKG1415) and Value-Driven Marketing. Key research themes include older adults' ICT socialization, co-design methodologies, and ethical consumer behavior.
