Tony Cookson is a Professor of Finance and the Michael A. Klump Endowed Professor at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder, where he has served since 2013. His research spans empirical finance, household and corporate financial decision-making, and the impact of social media and legal institutions on financial behavior. He has published in top journals like the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, and Management Science, focusing on topics from investor disagreement to fracking-induced debt repayment.
