Dr Tomasz Gromelski is an Associate Member at Wolfson College, University of Oxford, focusing on material culture and social history in medieval and early modern Europe. His research spans political thought, everyday life, and the European nobility, with a regional emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe.
Research Interests:
- Material culture in pre-industrial Britain and Europe
- Political thought and culture (1350-1650)
- European nobility and gentry
- Comparative studies of Eastern and Western Europe
