Tomas Moe Skjølsvold

Tomas Moe Skjølsvold is a Professor of Technology and Science Studies at the Department of Interdisciplinary Cultural Studies, Faculty of Humanities, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He serves as Director of the Norwegian Centre for Energy Transition Strategies (NTRANS), a national research center focusing on energy and climate transition. His work centers on understanding the role of science and technology in society, with particular emphasis on sustainable transformation conducted in democratic and inclusive ways.

Skjølsvold's research interests span the role of technology and science in society, social changes, and green transition challenges across social, political, and technological dimensions.
