Tom Vine is an Associate Professor at the University of Suffolk's School of Business, Arts, Social Sciences and Technology. He leads the Suffolk Business School Doctoral Programme and teaches modules including Organizational Behavior, Consultancy Management, and Business Ethics.

Tom's research focuses on paradox theory, organizational complexity, and neoliberal ideology, with methodological expertise in ethnography and narrative analysis. His recent work explores collective effervescence in remote work, bureaucratic dynamics in healthcare, and ethical implications of Industry 4.0.
His publications span topics from autism-inclusive pedagogy to gender dynamics in construction, reflecting interdisciplinary engagement with sociology, ethics, and organizational theory. He continues to consult for Electoral Reform Services alongside his academic role.
