Tom Miller Jr., PhD is a Professor of Finance and the Jack R. Lee Chair of Financial Institutions and Consumer Finance at Mississippi State University's College of Business. He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Washington (1992), an MS in Economics from Montana State University (1979), and a BS in Economics from Montana State University (1977).
