Research Interests
Dr. Greene specializes in clinical trial design, causal inference, longitudinal/time-to-event data analysis, and surrogate endpoint validation. His work integrates multi-disciplinary approaches to evaluate treatment efficacy in randomized trials, with applications in nephrology, cardiology, and public health. He collaborates widely on projects such as smoking cessation trials and COVID-19 interventions.
Research Publications
His recent articles (2020–2024) focus on nephrology (kidney disease, dialysis, eGFR), cardiology (blood pressure, heart failure), and public health interventions. Common themes include clinical trial design, meta-analyses, health disparities, and AI applications in medicine. The publications emphasize practical implementations in healthcare settings, such as ERs and community centers.
