Tom Church

Tom Church is a Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution (Stanford University), specializing in health care policy, entitlement reform, income inequality, poverty, and federal budget analysis. His work focuses on tax-advantaged savings accounts, fiscal effects of health care proposals, regulatory reforms, and pro-growth tax policies.
