Todd Pollack, MD is the Director of Implementation Science at the Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care, an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and the Medical Director of the Partnership for Health Advancement in Vietnam (HAIVN), a Harvard University Global Program. He also serves as an infectious disease clinician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Dr. Pollack specializes in strengthening primary healthcare systems in low- and middle-income countries, with a focus on improving access to care for people living with HIV and viral hepatitis. His work includes:
- Clinical training and capacity building in Southeast Asia
- Health system strengthening projects in Vietnam
- Innovative care delivery models for patient/community empowerment
- Reduction of HIV-related stigma in healthcare settings
- Medical education reform through the USAID-funded IMPACT-MED Alliance
- Infection control and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
He leads the HAIVN program and co-leads the IMPACT-MED Alliance, working across Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries to scale evidence-based interventions.
