Alexis Drutchas, MD is an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Assistant in Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). She serves as an Attending Physician in the Division of Palliative Care at MGH.

Dr. Drutchas focuses on LGBTQ+ health equity and gender-affirming care, co-founding the RI Trans Health Conference (2015-2019) to train hundreds of providers. She integrates health equity education into palliative care at MGH and advocates for marginalized communities. Her work spans medical education, public health writing, and clinical practice.

Dr. Drutchas teaches fellows and residents at MGH, contributes to gender-affirming care education, and practices palliative medicine with an emphasis on inclusive healthcare.
