Sara Fazio, MD, MACP, is Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Faculty Director of the Education Team at the HMS Center for Primary Care. She practices General Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and serves as Advisory Dean and Director of the Walter Bradford Cannon Society.
