Dr. Todd Keeley serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Baking & Pastry Arts/Culinary Arts within the School of Business & Hospitality at Pennsylvania College of Technology. He joined Penn College in 2006 as an adjunct instructor, transitioned to temporary full-time status in 2013, and earned a permanent full-time position in 2015. Concurrently, he holds an adjunct instructor role at the Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts and consults for two local businesses.
