Schellie Andrews is an Associate Instructor at Johnson & Wales University (JWU) since 2008, specializing in baking and pastry education. She holds an MBA in Business Administration/Hospitality from JWU, a B.B.A. in Business Administration, and certifications in sugar flowers and fondant techniques. Her career spans over 40 years in the hospitality industry, including roles at Universal Studios Hollywood and Vie de France Bakery, before transitioning to teaching at institutions like Le Cordon Bleu and JWU.

Teaching focuses on Principles of Cake Production & Design, Foundations of Baking and Pastry, and Plated Desserts. She leads cake design labs, emphasizing buttercream, fondant, and gum paste techniques. In 2016, she relocated to JWU’s Charlotte campus, continuing her role as a respected educator.
