Todd Hoeksema is a Research Professor of Physics at Stanford University and a Senior Member of the Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology (KIPAC), with his primary office located in the Physics Astrophysics Building at the Coffees Drive Science Center.
His research spans fundamental areas of astrophysics including:
- Cosmic Structure formation
- Extreme Astrophysical phenomena
- Physics of the Universe
- Stellar and Interstellar Astrophysics

- Particle Astrophysics
Professor Hoeksema actively mentors the next generation of scientists as indicated by his current doctoral and postdoctoral advisees. His administrative support is coordinated through the Hansen Experimental Physics Laboratory (HEPL) where he maintains laboratory space at 466 Via Ortega, HEPL Cypress C-13.
