Todd Hall is an Assistant Professor in the Management and Entrepreneurship area at the University of Kansas School of Business. His research explores the intersection of technology adoption, organizational design, and entrepreneurship.

His work investigates how organizations adapt to technological changes, using historical datasets and contemporary experiments to analyze responses across firms, divisions, and teams. Technologies studied include generic software, healthcare IT, AI, and A/B testing.
Prior to his doctoral studies, Hall worked as a project manager for Epic Systems, assisting hospitals with billing software implementation.
