LTC Todd Arnold is an Academy Professor and Division Lead at the Army Cyber Institute within the U.S. Military Academy. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, an M.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the U.S. Military Academy, he focuses on network routing protocols, Internet-scale performance, Internet measurements, and cybersecurity.
