Jonathan Fuller

Jonathan Fuller is an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) department at the U.S. Military Academy. He directs the Digital Forensics Course and serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the institution. His career spans military service and academic roles, with a focus on cybersecurity and network engineering.

• Education: Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Georgia Institute of Technology, 2022); M.S. in Computer Science (Air Force Institute of Technology, 2016).

Research Interests include binary analysis, cyber forensics, security measurements, and IoT/mobile security. His work explores covert monitoring, plugin-based malware, and protocol vulnerabilities. Publications span conferences like USENIX Security and ACM CCS, emphasizing practical network and malware security challenges.

Scientific Awards include Artifact Evaluated Badges (2023) and CSAW’22 Applied Research Competition Finalist status (2022).
