Tobias Specker

Prof. Tobias Specker holds the professorship for international marketing and general business administration at Kiel University of Applied Sciences' Department of Mechanical Engineering. He leads the Industrial Engineering International Sales and Purchasing degree program. His expertise spans corporate management, strategic management, intercultural management, and international marketing.

Academic memberships include roles in the Advisory Board MBA Procurement Management (TH Ingolstadt), DHIK's Industrial Engineering coordinator, and founder of the student network sneep (ethics in economics). He contributes to editorial boards, accreditation processes, and BMBF-funded projects expanding China competence in German universities.

Teaching extends to institutions in Germany and abroad, covering corporate governance, logistics, and financing. Key projects include the Chinese Projectsemester CPS and research on intercultural competence development. Office hours are by email appointment.
