Tobias Singelnstein

Prof. Dr. Tobias Singelnstein holds the Chair of Criminology and Criminal Law at Goethe University Frankfurt. His research focuses on criminology, criminal law, and legal sociology, emphasizing critical analysis of police accountability, racism in law enforcement, and legal history. He leads projects such as RaDiPol (Racism and Discrimination in Police Contact) and has published extensively on police violence and institutional discrimination. His teaching includes seminars on criminology, legal theory, and historical continuities of National Socialism in justice systems.
