معرفی
Titus Boggon, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and the Department of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry at Yale School of Medicine. His research focuses on structural biology and the molecular mechanisms of Rho GTPase signaling pathways, particularly in cerebrovascular disease and cytoskeletal regulation. He holds primary appointments in Pharmacology and secondary in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry.
Research interests include understanding how RhoGTPase pathways regulate signal transduction and cerebrovascular development, with an emphasis on structural biology techniques like X-ray crystallography. His lab investigates diseases such as vein of Galen malformations and neuroinflammatory conditions linked to genetic mutations.
Collaborations include work with Benjamin Turk, John Persing, and others on projects involving signaling networks and molecular mechanisms. The lab is part of multiple initiatives, including Yale Cancer Center and Women’s Health Research at Yale.
Lab location: Sterling Hall of Medicine, B-Wing (Suite 302). Administrative support: Margaret McDonald.
