Tina Kold Jensen is a Professor at the University of Southern Denmark's Institute of Public Health, Department of Environmental Medicine, and a Consultant at Rigshospitalet's Department of Growth and Reproduction. She coordinates the Odense Child Cohort and leads international collaborations across the US, Finland, France, Sweden, Belgium, and the Faroe Islands.

Her research focuses on environmental epidemiology, particularly endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and their impacts on obesity, metabolic syndrome, reproductive health, and neurodevelopment (ADHD, cognition). She investigates Developmental Origins of Health and Disease (DOHaD) and testicular dysgenesis hypothesis, with methods including cohort studies (5000+ men, 2500+ children) and EU/National grants.
Recent publications analyze EDC exposure effects on gestational diabetes, IQ development, and infection risks in children. Her scientific awards include the Ridder af Dannebro (2018), Human Biomonitorying 4 (2017), and grants from the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
