Timothy Russell Hodge is an Associate Professor of Economics at Oakland University's School of Business Administration. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics from Michigan State University (2013). His research focuses on urban and regional economics, real estate economics, and public finance, particularly issues related to land valuation, property taxation, and housing policy. He has held previous roles at Alma College, Allegheny College, and Ford Motor Credit Company.
