Timothy Reno is a Lecturer at the Hertie School, where he teaches the graduate course Negotiation & Analysis for Global Security: Nuclear Policy Simulation. He serves as Executive Director of the IPLI Foundation, which supports research on international public policy challenges, and founded the Policy Simulator Lab (PSL) to train participants in EU governance policymaking through experimental simulations. Reno also advises the policy simulation startup PolSim and contributes as an expert to the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL).
