Timothy Mays

Timothy Mays is a Professor of Civil Engineering at The Citadel in Charleston, SC. He joined the faculty in August 2002 and serves as Chairman of the NCSEA Publications Committee. His career bridges academia and professional leadership, with prior roles including Executive Director of the Structural Engineers Associations of South Carolina and North Carolina.
