Timothy Ladd

Timothy Ladd serves as an Associate Professor of Education at Palm Beach Atlantic University's School of Education and Behavioral Studies. He holds dual administrative roles as Director of the Education Program and Faculty Athletics Representative. Dr. Ladd joined the university in 2000 and oversees both undergraduate Education programs and the graduate Educational Leadership program.

Dr. Ladd's research focuses on educational assessment and alternative teacher certification. His work connects theoretical frameworks with practical applications in teacher preparation and evaluation systems. His background in both business and education administration provides a unique perspective on educational leadership and program development.

Dr. Ladd is actively involved in professional organizations including Kappa Delta Epsilon and Phi Delta Kappa. He previously served as faculty advisor to Kappa Delta Pi, a national honor society in Education, demonstrating his commitment to recognizing academic excellence among education students.

His professional journey includes significant administrative experience, having served as a public school administrator in Dallas while completing his graduate studies in educational administration and elementary education at Texas A&M University.
