Timothy Cyders

Timothy Cyders is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Assistant Director of the Center for Advanced Materials and Processing at Ohio University's Russ College of Engineering and Technology. He holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University (2012, 2008, 2006). Before joining Ohio University in 2012, he worked in engineering roles at Dana Corporation and General Electric, founded a consulting business in 2008, and specialized in design optimization and manufacturing.
