Dr. Timothy Campbell is a Senior Lecturer in CSR and Business Ethics at the School of Leadership, Management and Marketing, De Montfort University (DMU). He holds a PhD and MBA, and is a Fellow of Advance HE. With extensive international teaching and industry experience, including as Managing Director of an educational services firm in the UAE, he brings a strong practitioner-academic perspective to his work.

His research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Ethics, Organizational Behaviour, and People Management. He has published in leading journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Business Ethics: A European Review, and Management Review Quarterly, and co-authored the widely used textbook Organizational Behaviour with Stephen Robbins and Tim Judge. His 2023 paper on the four-day workweek represents a systematic review of evolving work models.
His publications reveal a consistent focus on ethical leadership, organizational learning, and CSR in both developed and developing contexts. He integrates systems thinking into ethical business education and emphasizes individual ethical judgment in curricula.
