Tim Seifert

Tim Seifert is a Researcher at the University of Trier, affiliated with the School of Law (FB V – Law). He is part of the Chair of Public Law, German and International Finance and Tax Law under Prof. Dr. Henning Tappe. Born in 1998, he completed his law studies (2016–2023) at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, passing the First State Law Examination in Frankfurt in 2023. Prior to his current role, he worked as a research assistant in the tax law department at Hengeler Mueller (Frankfurt, 2022) and has been with the University of Trier since April 2023.

His research focuses on public law, tax law, and international finance law. Professional inquiries can be directed to tax.law@uni-trier.de. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30–12:00, and he is available by phone/email on Tuesdays. His office is located at Campus I, Building C, Room 237 in Trier.
