Julian P. Naumann is a Research Associate and PhD student at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance since November 2024. He specializes in tax law, European fundamental rights protection, and professional law. Naumann holds a law degree with a tax focus from Bucerius Law School (2019–2024) and completed studies at the University of Cambridge (2022).
