Tim Rühlig

Dr Tim Rühlig serves as Senior Analyst for Global China at the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) since September 2024, focusing on China's foreign/economic/technology policies, EU-China relations, and economic security. Previously, he advised President von der Leyen at the European Commission's DG I.D.E.A. and held research fellowships at DGAP and the Swedish Institute of International Affairs.
