Tim Ellemann is a Researcher at the Department of Law of the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence, Italy. His interdisciplinary PhD research focuses on "The Making of Outbound Investment Screenings" under the supervision of Prof. Sergio Puig. He serves as Assistant Editor of the European Journal of International Law (EJIL) and coordinates the EUI’s International Economic Law and Policy Working Group. Previously, he was a trainee at the European Commission’s DG TRADE and held teaching/research roles at the University of Passau, Germany, where he earned his LL.M. and Erstes Staatsexamen.
