Tim Foutz, Ph.D., is the Josiah Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor of Engineering at the University of Georgia's College of Engineering. Dr. Foutz served as inaugural director of the First-Year Odyssey program, designed to acclimate freshmen to university academic life.
