Tim Fennessy is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Gonzaga University School of Law, where he teaches Lawyering Skills as of January 2025. Prior to this, he practiced law in Spokane for over three decades as a litigator, representing clients in Washington and Idaho trial courts, and served as a judge on the Spokane County Superior Court (Department 11) from 2016 to 2024. His legal expertise includes family law, civil litigation, criminal law, and appellate advocacy, with experience arguing cases before the Washington and Idaho State Supreme Courts.
