Tim Brown

Tim Brown is a Senior Instructor at Johnson & Wales University's College of Food Innovation & Technology, where he teaches at the International Baking & Pastry Institute on the Providence Campus. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, he brings international culinary perspectives to his role. He holds a Diploma in Professional Cookery from HITB in Cape Town.
