Tilman Grune

Prof. Tilman Grune is a distinguished academic in biochemistry and molecular biology, currently serving as Professor of Physiological Chemistry and Cellular Biochemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Vienna, Austria. He has held leadership roles including Scientific Director at the German Institute of Human Nutrition (DIfE) and professorships in Molecular Toxicology, Nutritional Toxicology, and Biofunctionality at institutions in Germany.
