Tijs Rotmans

Tijs Rotmans is an Adjunct Professor at the Tias School for Business and Society, where he has received multiple Best Teacher Awards (2014, 2019, 2020). He holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Leiden and serves as Managing Partner of The Pricing Company, the Netherlands’ first pricing-focused consulting firm. His expertise spans marketing strategy and pricing management, with a focus on consumer markets and business intelligence.

Rotmans’ research and professional work centers on pricing dynamics, strategic marketing, and consumer market analysis, informed by his decade-long experience at KPN in operations, strategic marketing, and pricing management. He is a member of the Professional Pricing Society and has delivered acclaimed masterclasses for the Dutch association of marketing (NIMA), earning recognition as part of The Best of NIMA for masterclasses from 2015–2022.
