معرفی
Dr. Tiffany Gill is a Senior Research Fellow at the Adelaide Medical School, University of Adelaide, specializing in musculoskeletal epidemiology. Her research examines health system impacts and costs of conditions like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. She serves as Chief Investigator for the North West Adelaide Health Study cohort and has secured A$3.8 million in research funding.
Research interests focus on:
- Epidemiological patterns of musculoskeletal disorders
- Health economics of chronic conditions
- Translation of research to population health policy
- Community-based interventions for pain management
Publications demonstrate strong focus on global disease burden, nutrition epidemiology, and chronic disease management. Recent work explores links between diet, metabolic disorders, and respiratory health using large-scale cohort data.
Achievements include NHMRC Early Career Fellowship and Board membership with Arthritis SA and The Hospital Research Foundation.
Research utilizes the North West Adelaide Health Study cohort with >4,000 participants and linked health datasets. Current projects examine back/hand pain epidemiology and cost-effectiveness of imaging services.
