Tiffany D. Atkins is an Assistant Professor of Law at the J. David Rosenberg College of Law, University of Kentucky. She teaches Civil Procedure, Family Law, and Race and the Law. Previously, she served as an Associate Professor at Elon University School of Law, focusing on legal writing, Family Law, and Race and the Law. She practiced as a staff attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina, litigating cases in family law, public housing, unemployment, and educational justice.
